At Prene, we take pride in the quality and durability of our Prene Air Luggage. We are committed to ensuring that your travel experience is as smooth as possible, and we stand behind our products.

Warranty Coverage
We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all Prene Air Luggage from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with handles, wheels, zippers, and other functional components. If any of these components fail within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the luggage at our discretion.

What is Not Covered
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or external factors. Specifically, the following are not covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, marks, and indentations on the aluminum surface are not considered defects. These natural signs of use are emblems of a life well-traveled with your Prene Air Luggage and do not affect the functionality of the product.
• Damage from Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by luggage handlers or other third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, dents, cracks, and other damages resulting from mishandling during transit.
• Misuse: Transportation of unusual items or overloading the luggage beyond its recommended capacity.
• Environmental Exposure: Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or other harsh environmental conditions.
• Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
• Locks: Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage, or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities.

Inspection and Claims
Inspect your Prene Air Luggage immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If the luggage is damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs. It is essential to report any damage as soon as it is discovered to ensure your claim is processed efficiently.
